I've seen now many people here pushing protein factory... I would like to say something about an order I made:

1.- The order was for 25 lbs, instead they sent me 10 lbs only

2.- The order should have been shipped by AIRMAIL instead it was shipped SURFACE, I had to wait almost 2 months for this order to arrive. Such a long delivery time, taking in account that an airplane takes 10 hours from the US to Europe, is just not acceptable.

3.- I was charged with $ 45.00 (!) for freight (supposedly Armail as specified on the invoice) but it was only $ 25.65 (as seen on the parcel). It seems as they charged me for Airmail delivery but sent it surface!

4.- I wrote 2 emails (Jan 10. and Jan 14) asking about this shippment but I never got an answer!

As you can surely see I'm not very happy neither with the delivery nor with their customer service. I'll never buy from them again!

That's all I've to say about Protein Factory. F**k them !

designer is cool b/c it's not a mess to make (good before bed and middle of night) myoplex is ok but stay away from myoplex plus deluxe...that shit is think and hard to drink quickly
