feeling the pump???

For some it is important to feel that pump because it pushes us to lift harder and sometimes longer. Ive been feeling the pump but today i didn't feel to much of anything. I think its because im trying to go to low on my carbs. I dont think keto is for me, i rather eat 230g of protein with at least 100g of complex carbs for energy. Did anyone experience this flat feeling from diet or diet pills?

low carbs do it to me, carb cycle or eat less carbs and more protein.

If your not eating enough carbs you may not feel that
extreme pump that you normally would.

What are you eating Pre-workout? I like to get some carbs in on lifting days. Seems to help a ton.
