For some it is important to feel that pump because it pushes us to lift harder and sometimes longer. Ive been feeling the pump but today i didn't feel to much of anything. I think its because im trying to go to low on my carbs. I dont think keto is for me, i rather eat 230g of protein with at least 100g of complex carbs for energy. Did anyone experience this flat feeling from diet or diet pills?
