feeling like passing out

Okay so I started following the shadow project yesterday. I had no problem yesterday at all with working out on a empty stomach and the fat burners (Ripped Extreme by Twinlab no ephedra). But today During my workout at the end of my workout, I all of a sudden got real light head so I sat down and my legs felt like jelly and I felt like if I stood up I was going to pass out, so I sat there for like three minutes on the floor. This lasted about 5 minutes till I pick up myself from the floor and went to my car and just sat there another 5 minutes. I have been working out/ lifting weights since december with no problem. I never have worked out on a empty stomach with fatburns before monday. I have no history of fainting in the past or any medical condition. I actually had a check up last month with my m.d. and everything was fine. I have taken many types of fatburners in the past without any problem. Is this hypoglycemia or just a reaction to the fat burners?

Maybe you should have something to eat with the fatburner, ie: protein shake. See if it happens again, and if it still does...i'd quit the fatburners you're on.
Good Luck! :)

Good idea! I'd go for protein rather than carbs though, before a workout if you're concerned with burning fat.
Good Luck!

low blood sugar.. try having a small amount of fructose before AM cardio (its actually better than empty stomach- for those that ascribe to that)-- no insulin spike and reglycogenates the liver

how can u think of lifting wihtout food?? cardio is one thing, but you really need all the energy u can get before weights...have a shake if u dont have much time

thats is a sweeping generalizing statement.....for fat loss you need to be empty or close to it

After reading your diet log, I am assuming the lightheadedness came from lack of food. On Tuesday, in the ENTIRE DAY, you consumed less than 1,000 calories. I would pass out too.
