Feeling lightheaded after workout

Hello everyone, recently I have been getting dizzy and light headed after my workouts which i have never experienced before. What could be the cause of this?

the first thing i would want to know is how hydrated are you? what did you eat and when did you eat prior to workout?

are you working out too hard vs. what your body is conditioned for. there are a lot of reasons
