Im feelinh kinda flat and I was wondering if has something to do about my low carb diet... I´ve been on a low-carb for about 4 months and I didnt carb up once since I started! What u guys think?
I assume that after a carb up day I will get bloated but if I get back to my low carb diet in how many days the water will go away?
