Feeling flat...

Im feelinh kinda flat and I was wondering if has something to do about my low carb diet... I´ve been on a low-carb for about 4 months and I didnt carb up once since I started! What u guys think?
I assume that after a carb up day I will get bloated but if I get back to my low carb diet in how many days the water will go away?
 
yes, carbs will give a better look as your muscles will look "full"

1g carbs can hold 4g water (I am not sure)
 
Takes a few days for the bloat to go away after a carb up. It really depends on your body and how extensive the carb up was. Try taking some glycerine while carbing up to reduce the bloated look.
 
i had a carb up yesterday..and now i look like i have a beer belly....hhmmm
back to low carb:(
 
My strenght is pretty ok...somedays I feel very strong but sometimes I feel weak....Mung I will have a carb day tomorrow for sure... Should I eat simple or complex carbs? I think after 5:00PM I should swithc to complex carbs like broen rice and sweet potatoes... Im avoiding a carb up day cause Im going to a beach party on Saturday and I was wondering if I do a carb up day today(tuesday) I will look bloated on Saturday? Anything that can help me get rid of the bloated way faster?
