Hey Guys,

I had some bloodwork done for the first time in my life this week. I am 28 years old. When I was younger I did some deca and winstol. Also, Messed around with prohormones (M1T and M-Drol). PCT was used but not as good as it should have been. That being said, my total testosterone is 351 ng/dL and free test is 8.4 ng/dL. My % of free testosterone is 2.4%. Estradiol Sensitive is 5 pg/mL. Everything in my thyroid panel seems in the middle range besides the T3 Uptake which was 39% which was borderline high. After reading many forums, it seems that since total test of 351 is in the supposed "normal" ranges, I will have a hard time having a Dr prescribe anything. I would really like to try HCG as opposed to TRT because at 28 I really don't want to further hurt my natural test production if not necessary. I haven't had any kids and would like to have some in the future. I currently have no insurance, however I will buy some ASAP if needed. Also, I am in Tampa, FL in case anyone knows of any endo's/uroligist/Doctors. All feedback is appreciated!

I would def suggest a run with HCG and then have labs again. I was talking with a very good endo in the Pitt area and he is using HCG more and more with people that present like u.

Thanks for the reply...i had a consultation yesterday with a hormone replacement facility. Looks like they are going to try and give me moderate levels of injectable test and HCG...i figure i'll try it out for a few months, stop the TRT and HCG and take another test and see where my levels settle to. If they settle around the 600 range I will be happy. If lower, I will most likely resume the TRT. I will be spending around 200 a month for the test, hcg and any anti estrogens needed. What is your opinion of this?

U may start doing hcg but not more than 250 iu's twice a week after all it's also an exogenous analogue and u don't want it to replace ur natural lh production, the true protocol is with clomid and aromasin or letro, a low dose of each through an extended period of time not like a pct, for egg. Try 25 mg (half tab) of clomid eod and 1.25mg (half tab) letro twice a week for 6 months and test later on and see the outcome, this way u gave ur body the time to recover with the least sides and it will work a lot better than running high dosages in a short time, it's a standard fertity protocol, u may add a supp. Like D-aspartic acid (modified amino L-aspartic acid) in studies it's confirmed that it can raise ur endo test by 40% in about 6 months u may also add zma too.
