fed up with bulking time to cut soon...

ok. fed up with eating all this food. feel fat, bloated and rough. i wanna diet! love being lean. plan on dieting down to 8% and maintian for summer but whenver i diet down and look good i always wanna blow up again and put on size...
is it best to diet whilst on gear or not? thing is in a month i fisnish this cycle and go clean for 10 weeks before summer starts. when is best to diet, nowwhile on gear or wait till off gear or wait further until like june when on next cycle?
 
alos how many calories should i be eating to diet? i have a fast metabolism and bulk on 4300 at 220lb. last time i dieted i got lean real fast but think i lost muslce, was on like 2000 a day, no cardio though. this time i was thinking like 2500 a day (300g protein, 150g carbs, 70g fats) with a cheat day once a week. maybe 30mins cardio x 3 a week...
 
i am eating clean - only eat wholewheat cereal, milk, eggs, nuts, chicken, bananas. apricots, salads/veg, cottage cheese, bagels, rice etc
no junk there but the vast amount of food means i aint getting lean in a hurry.
 
i like cutting on clen bc its anticatabolic and will help you preserve your muscle. ill be maintaining my current weight, maybe dropping a lil fat off, until my next cycle which will be a lean bulker. right when i start pct, is when ill be starting to cut with clen and trex. 2000 cals a day is pretty light. im doing 2200 with cardio and i think its too little.

yea I agree, if you have a fast metabolism like myself you should cut on-cycle so you can retain all your gains. i've tried to diet once a few months after a bulk cycle, and i lost A LOT of size. the body always tries to find equilibrium somehow, and if you have added many more pounds of muscle and try to cut bodyfat, it will find a way to return back to a normal size and composition (which is why u have to continue eating big to stay big if as a hardgainer). very annoying to do it this way, but sometimes you have no choice

Haven't you only been bulking for 3 weeks? And I thought you put on 14 lb's of lean mass? No bloat because of the Nolva?
 
yeah i have gained 12lb not watery either to answer your question.
however i like being lean not 12% body fat my waist is 35 wanna hit a lean 32. maybe ill wait a bit. it gets boring eating all this food...

You can diet when on gear. Stick to a basic cycle, test+arimidex and run a caloric deficit, you'll do well.

lol...same thing happened to me....was about 7 weeks into my 10week bulker and i just dropped the cals down and said fuck the extra weight....got tired of eating so damn much
