boil the potatoes in water and mash them

I actually researched a few when I read your thread. I'd mostly like one that is DW sdafe and I found something gangster. After I play with it for a minute I'll give you guys some recipes.

The Nev can cook some shit. My gunt is proof.

i eat a lotta roasts/potatoes/carrots that simple.
usually season the roast.
i roast three potatoes-2 days dinner

Do you sear the roast prior to puttin it in the pot? It will add flavor and texture. It's an extra pot to wash, but usually well worth it.

you know i've never done that but should...my roasts are good only for two days then dried the fug out.
even so on the second day, i bet that would help...i got a sick cast iron pan, pretty big, that i do all my cooking on.
so i could just use that to sear it eh?
