Any you guys try ON's casein protein? Any good? I picked some up for right before bedtime.
actually it taste like plastic.
by the way each scoop needs 10oz of water/ milk since the casein is thick.

Very good in skim milk, OK in water. Much like the regular Chocolate, but with a malted milk type flavor as well. #1
