Favourite exercise?

Mine is either heavy bench, super heavy deadlifts or wide grip chins. You an get an awesome pump from heavy bench. Your whole body shakes and aches after heavy deads. With wide grip chins your lats flare and get a killer pump throughout your upper back.

You should be a well-rounded lifter and love/hate all of them equally:)

right now mine are box squats w/chains and push press(heavy) bc i think those are my worst weaknesses and they will be my favs till i overcome them

Right now I love working my back...GM's, Deads, BB Rows...

It seems that the exercises I love the most are the ones I hate the most. Subsequently they are the ones that work the best too. I mean I love benching and arm work and stuff, but when I don't do deads and squats I just dont feel right.

I agree. At the moment my favorit is seated db press, but I am sure that will change soon.
