Despite the cliche', they really do taste like chicken. I actually tricked one of my ex's into thinking it was chicken. She never said a thing until I told her lol

Gatortail has a very distinct taste. I'm not sure how to describe it though as there isn't really anything to compare it to. It's very good though

It's not flakey but doesn't have the touchness as meat, well as long as it's cooked correctly. If it's cooked right, it's mor like the consistency of a scallops.

Even better, tuna steak topped with lump crab meat. That was one of the best meals I ever ate.

I also like fried calamari, sea bass, scallops, clams, mussels, salmon, flounder, lotsa stuff

but no sea bugs like shrimp or lobster. i just can't tear apart a bug and eat it. shrimp disgust me, and although lobster meat is good, i hate seeing its body when i'm eating it. same with crabs. i absolutely love crab meat, but i don't tear open crabs and eat them. i just have lump crab meat or crab cakes and shit like that.

ever have scallops raw right out out of the water?? they taste awsome, I never thought something raw right out of the water could be good, but the first time I ate one I ended up eating ten of em, this after my friends been trying to get me to try them for yrs, real buttery flavor and solid texture

anyway, I'd say
1) lobster or king crab legs
2) black cod (smoked) verry high in omega-3's but its hard to find here, the japs buy it all
3) halibut or salmon

who listed frog legs as seafood??? I can hear em croaking in my back yard all the time, pretty good though taste like chicken with a real tender texture
