Favorite Post Workout Meal While Cutting?

hmmmmmmm.........

for me, depends on how far out I am from a show, and also what type of diet I may be following if I am just trying to cut up and there is NO show......

Commonplace in my arsenal is dextrose, whey protein, ALA, and MCT oil. (MCT oil is good when carb loading also for a show or similar event)

Some have a slower digesting pwo meal, but I was always one who wanted available nutrients quickly. The last week or two before a show, I nix the dextrose.

maltodextrin + whey protein. + psyllium husk... When I am seriously cutting, I get 100 grams of my 150 grams of daily carbs post workout in the form of Maltodextrin... It makes a huge difference in both my physical and mental recovery... If I low carb it after a workout, I will want to go to bed when I get home. Will barely have enough mental capacity to drive home...

When running a simple bulking diet I always recommend the same as above: ALA/WHEY/DEXTROSE/MCT and, of course, GLUTAMINE

But, overall, I usually am a proponent of post workout WHEY/CREATINE/GLUTAMINE/and some ALA

glutamine, ALA, whey+ mixed cereal w water...sometimes some strawberries.
after cardio - wait an 1/2 hour - 1 hour and have a meal ie chicken/tuna salad w flax
