I just love to Dead Lift, it makes me feel so damned primal when I do it. It uses almost everything in the movement and too me, it requires your absolute concentration on your form while trying to maintain your highest level of energy output. I'm sure this is true for all lifts after you get more and more weight onto it, but my bench is once again sub 200 and it doesn't require nearly as much thought into proper form. Dead Lift too me is practice on once I get heavy enough in all the major lifts, it is teaching me how to find ways to concentrate when my body being depleted of so much energy.
