Love tri's, but shoulders have always been easiest for me, I also do quads... tried calves and that went wrong... major pain. but so where quads for the first time..
I agree 110% - I prefer the glutes, and I pin using 20G 1.5". It damages the tissue a bit more than the 22 - 25G needles, but it injects a lot easier, for me, personally.None of the main sites really hurt when you stick the pin in- it's all about how much soreness you get in the days after.
