lol @ Knox

I hear VG on the greek food. I had some kind of souvlaki sandwich with feta and veggies on it the other day. Holy shit, it was better than a blowjob from a $2000 call-girl.

Anyway, my list:

Sushi (or anything Japanese)
Thai/Vietnamese
Chocolate anything
Mcdonalds/BK/DQ/etc.

Man you people really go for the junk food. My system is so cleaned out, I can't stand that stuff. I had a couple of pieces of pizza tonight and it was gross. I could feel the shit clogging my arteries and the nasty processed pepperoni wrecking havoc on this well oiled machine. You really can tell if you eat healthy all the time when you eat something that isn't good for you.

Nathan's list:

shit sandwich
shit a la mode
shit strogonaff
shit and shrimp casserole
shit pot pie

My favorites are:

Tortelinni with hot vodka sauce with chicken and shrimp.
Blueberry cheese cake
Peanut Butter
Hula Pie
Lasagna
Porter House Steak served Pittsburg rare
Quattro Formaggio pizza with meatballs

Homemade scottish shortbread.
(My Grandpa's mother's recipe from the "Old Country".) I can eat that until I am sick, and go back for more.....

What is this Italian Wedding Soup of which you speak?

Quoting from allrecipies.com:

"Chicken broth, ground beef, and escarole are the primary ingredients of this traditional soup. The ground beef is combined with bread crumbs, egg, and Parmesan cheese to make bite-sized meat balls, which float amid the escarole broth."

The soup traditionally has finely chopped carrots and orzo pasta.

I learned this soup from watching my husband's grandmother make it...we add more stuff into my soup and I'll usually substitute spinach for escarole when it's not in season. The meatballs are tiny ones...bite size that fit onto your spoon. Gotta have a loaf of semolina bread to dip into the soup!

I love soups and make delicious huge pots of soup here. All of my soups start out with some carmelized onion and garlic at the bottom of the pot...then I add in veggies, broth, meats, pasta's, rices, and seasonings. When I was growing up my father owned a restaurant and I only know how to cook in large quantites, which helps since I married into an Italian family. LOL

The Perfect meal:

Nice Ceaser Salad and a double scotch.

T Bone Steak, Veggies and a baked potatoe with sourcream, butter, chives, ground pepper and a double double scotch.

NY Cheese Cake with strawberries and chocolate with a double scotch.

After dinner drink. Double scotch.

Those were the days........

That does indeed sound good. What did you have for dessert back before New York was colonized?

I forgot New England clam chowder!!

Before New York Cheese Steaks it was blood pudding.

Hey Bite Me...Do your friends that have aquariums ever invite you over? Or do they put a lock on the fish tank?

Well one friend had a chinese fighting fish and it jumped out of the water and tried to attack me, jaws snapping. That angered me, so I reached in the tank and grabbed it, pulled it out and bit a plug out of it. They tell me the fish doesn't try to bite people anymore.

Dude get sweet and sour chicken and add the general tso's sauce. I've noticed that most places use the leftover chicken bits for the dish. The sweet and sour on the other hand is the good pieces.

Oh I forgot warm brownies, fresh out of the oven. No frosting, no powdered sugar, no nuts. Just fudgy goodness.

Have you seen the crock pot jambalaya recipe that I posted to the Muscle Food forum a few weeks ago? You could modify it a little to make a great Cajun marinade - halve the wet ingredients and Andouille, keep the bell pepper and spices the same, and eschew the rice and shrimp. :p

no, I haven't seen it yet just like the nudes of yourself that you were supposed to email to [email protected]. ;)

In lieu of actual nude breasts, I did the recipe legwork for you.

- 1 pound raw skinless chicken breasts
- 12 ounces (preferably) Andouille sausage, sliced finely on the bias
- 16 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 of a medium onion, purée'd in the food processor
- 1 large red or green bell pepper, sliced finely
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 teaspoons minced Oregano, preferably fresh
- 2 teaspoons minced Parsley, preferably fresh
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Cover your breasts with the last ten ingredients in a crock pot, and simmer on low for 6-8 hours. Omitting the chicken, and using double the tomatoes also makes a great pasta sauce.
