I've ran gear and n2slin before and they're both awesome.

dont wanna use your gear up to fast.. good alterative when u want to make a protein shake at home.. dont hurt that it takes like a cinnamon milkshake either yummyyyy

yeah for the most part id suggest the gear and ancient 3 pre workout three post workout im going to be eating gear like candy on my weight cut but thats a different story
