Arimidex can actually enhance your gains, as well as Proviron for that matter. Nolva is necessary to have around IMO, but I don't believe it makes for a good front line defense against estrogenic effects----it's too limited by working AFTER aromatization occurs, and can cause a rebound effect.

Liquidex or Arimidex for sure!
I think they are better than nolvadex because they prevent the formation of estrogen and the nolvadex only prevent estrogen to bind to the receptors.So when you stop the use of nolvadex at the end of your cycle you get a rebound effect aka all the estrogen will bind to the receptors. This is not what you want!!!!Althought you want make your girlfriend jealous of your boobs!

That's because it is an aromatase inhibitor not an antiestrogen like Nolvadex.

2) Proviron (also in combo with Nolva if needed)
3 Nolva

why would you pick nolva over the others if it does hinder gains to a degree, is violently toxic to the liver, and only stops gyno on the receptor level as a last resort? arimidex all the way.

Arimidex + [Cardio 4 times a week] = No water retention

I've used Nolvadex before, but it's not the same as Arimedex. From what I have read, Nolvadex blocks the effects of estrogen, whereas Arimidex blocks the production of Estrogen, big difference.
