Rush has a level of skill and talent matched by very few. Nobody in today's music that is even remotely popular are even decent musicians.

You don't have to like their music, but they are the cream of the crop when it comes to skill, talent and creativity in musicianship.

I don't really listen to any music other than hip hop

however skill talent- prince's name has to be mentioned.. he is one of my favourite non-hip hop artist.
