fatty foods

Depends, if your 400lbs over weight and you're on a bulking cycle I'd say no. But on a regular bulking cycle the norm is just to eat as much as you can with 'some' thought towards health. Don't sit there with a tub of crisco and ask if it's alright :D

I don't see any reason not to. Why avoid dairy Diamonddiceclay, are you lactose intolarent?

ive learned to just ignore diamond as he usually posts on the diet board. he only gives one liners in order to get his posts up. i wouldnt pay any attention

bro, i have pizza(the whole thing) once a week. peanuts are great to snack on while bulking. just have a tub of those sitting next to you all day.

It's a freakin bulking cycle , you want to load the calories for the maximum muscle weight gain....

But seriously I have one cheat meal a day because my metabolism is very fast and even with 5-7 meals with about 300grams of protien a day I still seem to just barely keep up with the body requirements. I have been able to maintain about 10-11% bodyfat by eating clean for most of the day and then having one meal of pizza or hamburgers.

As for bulking peanut butter is good , and so is cottage cheese.

When bulking, there is only one rule: THERE ARE NO RULES! Seriously, if it's within reach and can be considered edible, then I'm fuckin' eating it. :p

When bulking eat like a pig. The only rule IMO is make sure and get your Protein in. Then after that eat like a horse. All day and when you wake up at night. You will put on some fat. But that is why they invented TNT (I mean DNP)

Good luck nautica

it leads to fat gain

Please enlighten us. Dairy does not lead to fat gains. Casein protein is has a very high bio-availibility and lactose is low GI. Go with fat free varieties and it is relatively light on calories as well. Your narrow and factually unproven statement reaks of ignorance. There is nothing wrong with daity unless you're lacto-intolerant. An excess of calories leads to fat gain, not a particular food.
