ive been training on and off since i was 16 years old. Ive tried 4 cycles consisting of tren,winny,primo and test prop. Well Im up to about 242 lbs and this is not all muscles. I want to slim down to about 205 lbs with dieting and alot of cardio. I also want some good advice on a good fat burner i could use to help asist me in this process. I think 40lbs in 6 months would be reasonable. I was looking at the arsan ephedrine or a stack with t3 and clen. If you had to choose a product to help you lose weight faster with diet and cardio which one is better?

Depends. How much do you want to sacrifice? T3 and clen is a heavy duty cutter and has inherent risks.

I would use Ephedrine. 40 pounds in 6 mths. isn't all that hard. It's less than 10 pounds per month so you're not really in a rush.

You can also try Venom Hyperdrive.I am convinced they have some off label stuff in that product. It melted my weight better than ephedrine.


You should be able to do 40 pounds in 6 mths. no probs.
 
Bro with your body weight you should be able to loose 10 pounds per month with a calorie restricted diet, and cardio alone.
 
Yeah - I would stay away from clen and T3, both can cause long term damage.

Stick with an ECA stack + cardio + a measured calorie deficit. Put some thought into your diet, maybe look at some threads on carb cycling.

If you are in the States, hit up Omega for some Lipoflame.
 
I wouldn't start out your diet with T3. I would wait until your metabolism slows down then add it. Start off with caffeine and epehdrine.
