Thermorexin is an awesome product for fat burning but if the body isn't used to stims already, it's going to be an overdose of jittery feelings, much like the ECA stack.
Cardio Breeze is a good product for "beginners" but again, it's designed to primarily help someone get their energy levels up to do cardio/lifting routines or simply go about their day at work.
If you're looking for something for calorie control for someone who isn't a gym rat already (or headed that way), I think the Sesapure/Glucorell combination is best. My father was on this for 6 months and, without changing his diet and by maintaining his daily 1-hour walk outside, he dropped 50 lbs in 6 months. I myself have lost my last 30# (of the total 115# I've lost) in the last year by taking Sesapure 3 times a day and Glucorell twice a day (lunch and dinner).
Also, will she change her DIET at all? We are huge on that on the women's board -- diet, diet, diet! If she just wants a pill "fix"... try the Sesa/Gluc combo. Throw in the CB or Therm if she's in the gym... if not, start with the basics, but DIET is super important and she'll get faster results if she diets well (and NO, tuna/celery and olive oil doesn't constitute a REAL MEAL in the world of CHICKS

)
Lastly -- no carbs til lunchtime. No carbs after dinnertime. This goes for everyone, all ages, all genders, all training levels. Protein and good fats are where it's at for morning and evening eating -- get away from the sugar/processed carbs.
This is the best advice I can give anyone. Hope it helps your girl (and you) out.
