my apt mate ordered fat calipers. i just took my bf measurements for the first time using 7 sites. i only took one measurement instead of three for each site. for those reasons it is probably off a little.

i measured 11.7% fat. i always thought i was fatter, maybe around 15%. i don't feel like i am only 11.7% fat. either way though, it's fat and at some point, it will have to go.

Well that's not too bad. But you do know calipers are often off 2-at least 3% either way.

actually, it came out to be 11.66% and i just rounded up. looks like jesus 2 is in the clear for that one!!!
