Hey,
Recently put my ass in gear and started training again. My Eating habbits completely changed - no booze - 5-6 meals a day - 45% Protein 40% Carbs 15 % fats. Problem is the fat monitor I use aint exactly accurate - I have lost weight, even after 3 weeks but I dont know exactly where from.
My question is if I am loosing size from my belly and my hips and waist - is that muscle or fat?? I am hoping its all fat
