fat loss FAST questions

Okay, I moved cross country, started new job, and my diet and training went to shit for about 4 months.. Well my new job is next door to KFC, and lets just say it took some time to realize that i am gettting.. Okay I not getting, I am plain out chubby. So On monday I am hitting the Cardio in the AM, the Diet is going to Boneless skinless chicken, and salads, and I need some input on the "Fat loss acceleraters"

I have the following ON HAND

200 Cynomel T3 Tabs
200 Spiropent Clen Tabs
180 Anabolic Fitness NYC Pills
1 Bottle of Yohimburn
Plenty of ECA stack.

So, what is the BEST way to run these items to loose MAXIMUM fat in say 6 weeks.

Also, what dosage should a women take on the NYC stack - She is 150lbs now, looking for 120lbs.. Same diet and cardio routine.
 
I don't think you will get many replies since this has been talked about a gazillion times. But I will anyway, since I tried all of that you mentioned.

You say you "are chubby". I'm going to take a stab and assume you are 20%+ BF. T3/Clen will work better than NYC/ECA for a period of 6 weeks. You should use a mild AS with T3, b/c it will eat your muscle away. Clen's anti-catabolic properties are next to none IMO.

I don't think the Yohimburn will do jack for you since your BF is probably too high to notice any difference. If you do though, use it right before cardio.

T3/Clen does work (at least for me it did). But you WILL lose fat and muscle too. Search on it and do it right.....ramp up/down(especially down). Start out with small amounts (even 6.25mcg) to see how you feel. Take your temperature for a couple of days to see what is prior to T3. Consume lots of protein, drink tons of water, stay active while on it. Study the archives.

You'll probably run out of Clen after 3-4 weeks, then use either ECA or NYC.

Oh yeah, when you come off the T3 don't be too disappointed if you start getting fat again. Quick changes tend to have quick returns.
