Fat Loss During Bulking Cycles

I've been a user off and on for about ten years, and always had great results with aas. Anything from Test/Tren/Win/Anaver to simple Test/Deca cycles, and I've always gotten the desired result out of it.

However, I'm still somewhat in the dark about something. I know people who use Test/Deca to increase muscle mass, and do so... while dropping considerable body fat. Now I'm 50/50 on when people say, "You can either get bigger, or lose fat, but not both."

My body "responds" the best to Test C and Deca, but I've always used them with high calorie diets and almost no cardio to increase my gains.

Assume the following and give me your input about potential results. I usually take these two with a bulking program but open to trying it the other way now:

-5'9, 235 and 15% is the starting point.
-Instead of a high calorie (5,000) diet, if I were to use a 2,500 cutting diet while still getting in the high protein count.
-Daily cardio that you'd use in cutting cycle

Would you expect muscle gains or at least no muscle loss, with fat loss?

I am in the middle of a bulking cycle where I am shedding off a ton of bodyfat and I'm completely natural. The key is to fat walk: low intensity cardio on a treadmill right when you wake up in the morning on an empty stomach. I do between 2.8 and 3.0 on a 5.0-7.0 incline for 50 minutes to an hour. I also take BCAAs to stay anabolic before cardio and take 2 gs L-Carnitine for fat metabolism. I've also cleaned up my diet to perfection which is probably another reason why I'm seeing such good results. You need a perfect diet. No simple carbs. Every person's body is different, but this works extremely well for me.

you'd still gain some muscle with 2500 cals. now if you were cutting REALLY hard, i.e. using clen/t3 and really low cals i'd say you'd probably maintain what you've got and gain a little strength

Hi mate

I'd consider constructing your cycle like this:

4 weeks bulking
2 weeks cutting (incorporate t3/clen)
1 week off (ECA/OTC fat burner) - just do cardio

Repeat:

The 2 weeks of cutting should really take it out of you, lots of cardio, reduce cals, and keep up your weights.

This should work well.

You can do Both if your on the razors edge of knowledge

took me years to figure how to do both.......

yes you can...it all comes down to diet..find your sweet spot where your still making gains but not getting fat....
you could try throwing tren in at 50mg ed...this will increase strength and tren also shreds fat...i did a cutter for 10 weeks put on size and lost fat...i did 90 min cardio actually just walking at fast pace 5-6 days a week in morning,at night workout...i started around 208 and kept my calories between 2500-2800 a day

my current bulker now im doing cardio still 5-6 days a week fast walk 90 minutes
useing test/deca/tren calories are around 3500 or so at 198
