Try your cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach. I found this to be an excellent way to hit fat.
ive found diet more important than cardio. if you cut your carbs abd weight train you should see good results as well
So where can I find out which calories to cut?diet is huge, if you don't understand what kind of calories and the right amonut of calries you will lose fat and muscle and have the skinny fat guy look.
