Fat loss advice

Endris

New member
As a result of heavy drinking for a few years (which I have now quit) I have put on a substantial amount of weight.
I have read about Cytomel, Clen, DNP (which I will never friggin use), Accomplia, and something called Bromcriptine.

Which is better to use?

diet and cardio is #1 .. alll that other stuff is minor compared to that

Ummmm, coming from a drinking background all those pills are going to reak havock on your body. Do your self and your body a favor clean up your intake substancially and do a significant amount of cario. It will help you physically and mentally! Believe me...

go to the diet forum bro...and just a shitload of cardio...youll see a huge change..im pretty sure you havent given it a chance..

Try your cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach. I found this to be an excellent way to hit fat.

You are correct but (((MAN))) that's really tough to do! I was doing cardio early AM before breakfast, but I had the strength/endurance level of Barney Fife. ...Pounds did came off, though.

diet is huge, if you don't understand what kind of calories and the right amonut of calries you will lose fat and muscle and have the skinny fat guy look.

ive found diet more important than cardio. if you cut your carbs abd weight train you should see good results as well

cardio in the am is really hard... difficult to wake up for me... i usually sleep around 1am-2am sometimes e ven 4-5am... and wake up around 2-4pm..i need my beauty sleep:)

Are you training?
What does your workout look like? cardio? diet?

What is you BF%? How much weight are we talking about? (losing that is)

Not with the same speed in terms of fat loss though with a diet and cardio combination plus weights.

i dont know if you need to cut calries you may need to add calories. can you post your diet? for me, i am trying to lean out and i eat 2,300 calires a day, 6 meals. i am 208 6ft 11% bf. anything much less than that i burn muscle and fat. the idea is to just burn fat. go on diet side

Per the advice I have been receiving so far here I guess I do need to add Cardio. But, I have heard to never do cardio on weight training days. Is this good advice?
The training I will be beginning will consist of nothing but free weights (use of machines will be minimal). Weight training days will be Mon...chest shoulders, Tues back and legs, Wend (off), Thurs...chest and shoulders, Fri...back and legs, Sat (off), Sun (off). Every other week this will be reversed.
Again Im obviously no Pro here and I am not looking to become an Olympic Bodybuilder. Should I do Cardio on my off days?

I have no clue what my BF% is. My current weight is about 350. My goal is to reach about 225.

So, there it is in a nutshell. Is my approach anywhere near what any of you would recommend.

Also I know I posted this in the wrong forum...sorry bout that.
