Fat cutting supps, what do you like?

I'm going shave as much fat as possible for the next two months. Need some of your proven Ideas on cutting. I will be using xendrine & flax seed oil as my supps. I will be eating tuna, steak, chicken with tons of greens. Oat meal in the morning. Cardio will be done everyday for 30 minutes. Is two months reasonable to lose a couple of fat percentage points. Just seeing if my blue print for loseing body fat is reasonable.

Thanks

yes its reasonable.. but AMOUNT of foods is as, if not more, important than types (though types does have greater impact on some.. particularly those with insulin problems)

2 months for a couple percentage points is reasonable. One rule of thumb for losing fat with minimal or no muscle lose is 1 pound per week and 1/2 a percentage point per week. That would give you a benchmark of 4 % in 2 months.

Of course these are benchmarks and would depend on the individual's bodyfat percentage to begin with. Good luck. It sounds like an exciting goal.

Why the flax seed oil? I have heard about it but it tastes like shit. I have used xendrine before it's good go with the RFA-1 version.

I'm using Xendarine (RFA-1 version, fuck the another shit) with Yombine. I also drink some coffee in the morning before I do cardio. Not always, though. It also helps to burn the fat.

Yeah, I know, the Xend\Yombine\Coffee combo is insane but so am I.

Don't forget about the diet! Clean food and tons of protein and less carbs!

Gi? On a typical day my intake of food is the following

1 - Protein shake with creatine and g-lutamine
2 - Yogart and a pear
3 - Rye bread Turkey and lettuce with mayo; tortilla chips and fruit snack
4 - Carrots, celery, radishes sticks and a pear
5 - what ever is for dinner
6 - sometimes a protein shake

Any advice on the meals in regards to the low insulin

I think your diet looks very good, as long as you're not cheating and not telling it here. I def. think you should have two shakes a day, but try not to eat too late into the night if you are trying to shred. With your goals, they are easily obtainable, but I think the real key to them is to mix up the cardio, try and do 40min everyday, and keep the intensity up. Do somedays, where you do say bike and treadmill at HI for 20min each, and then mix it up and do another day where it's just 40min straight endurance on the treadmill. Keep it mixed and it will stay fun and your body will keep adapting/growing more fit. Good luck!!
