fat burners

Can anyone tell me what the best fat burner supplement is out there now. something to slim down and tone up. i just tried the stack of atro-phex and cheaters relief. Anything any better? :

Atro-phex with 7-keto DHEA is meant to be one of the best.

However, I really don't think any of the OTC fat burners work all that well unless you are under 14-16% bodyfat.

They really are more of a 'finisher' when burning off fat.

They won't get the job done unless diet and training is also consistent and effective.

I have used a few, but only in the last stages of my comp prep, and the ones I have liked are Animal Cuts, San Tight, and I just got a bottle of ZIP from the protein factory I am going to try.

There is a problem with a lot of fat burners is that they are mostly based on caffeine, and too much caffeine just increases cortisol, which will have a rebound effect for putting fat on later, and usually around the middle.

ZIP looks promising as it doesn't have caffeine in it.

Most fat burners are essentially central nervous stims which will just cause a dependance after a while They're okay for a jolt before a workout, but that's it. If used too much they'll actually have your body hoarding weight. Don't you think if one worked better than all the others we'd all know about it?

Hoodia is an appetite suppressant but I believe controlling one's appetite must be something that comes from within, not a pill.

ZIP hypes the thyroid which stimulates fat loss, but only if you're burning calories. The effects are subtle but users say it's the most "permanent" fat loss since it's actual fat loss and there's no rebound. There's no caffeine because caffeine spares carbs and you want to burn carbs in order to lose fat. Botton line; you must eat less and move more.

different people have different responses; personally, i think a lot of the time the ones that "work" are thought to work because of how much people are doing in addition...
