Fat Burners On An Empty Stomach?

Hi all,
Is it beneficial to take my ECA or Clen on an empty stomach, before I've eaten with regards to fat burning?

Don't really know but they will absorb faster on empty stomach.

Taking ECA on an empty stomach made me want to puke.

Some people can take the clen on a empty stomach some cant. just like some people can take higher dossages than others. I think it is better to take it on a empty stomach. You can experience some stomach discomfort from it but it should pass after a couple days.

No way I can take any supplements on an empty stomach, irritates the hell.........Dr usually recomnd to ingest any medication after a meal.........

Yeah...well i was thinking the potency and efficiency of ECA would be improved when taken BEFORE a meal in that it would be better absorbed...and burn off some cals from the meal.

You could try it when you can sit down for a few minutes of you feel bad........personally already done with some vitamins and felt like shit...
