Some people can take the clen on a empty stomach some cant. just like some people can take higher dossages than others. I think it is better to take it on a empty stomach. You can experience some stomach discomfort from it but it should pass after a couple days.
Yeah...well i was thinking the potency and efficiency of ECA would be improved when taken BEFORE a meal in that it would be better absorbed...and burn off some cals from the meal.
