For me its the best cutting combo due to energy and appetite supprestion.

damn ulter, i just got my t-rex yesterday, and i was a little sceptical on the product, but just had my first pill this morning at 830am and i tell you what...this shit is no joke!!! im really warm and sweating!! im at work in an office with plenty of AC but its still not cooling me off!!! im excited now to take it later when i train!!!

What ever happened has come and gone by this time. Sorry I didn't see your post earlier.

6PM is much too late for most people. You might want to go to one upon rising and one 2pm. That will still give you plenty of wind because it lasts 8 hours in the beginning. Ideally you want to be able to take 2 upon rising and 2 mid-afternoon. Then you'll be cooking.
