Fat boy needs advice.....

okay, here it is
I am 39, about 35lbs overweight...or should say overfat!!! right around the midsection. I have been in good shape before, but in the past year I have really ate like crap and not worked out.

so, here is the question....is there a roid that I can take that will accelerate fat burning and build muscle at the same time. I have started working out and running in the past few weeks.

what would you all suggest....

I have a feeling many will echo my post:

First, continue working out, doing cardio and eating right again. (5-6 meals/day). Then in 3 months you will have lost about 30lbs (if you did it correctly) and then you won't need anything.

You may want to add a supplement like Adipo or Hyrdroxicut to your diet. (Available over the counter) This will speed up your metabolism and help you burn fat.
 
Definitely wait A WHILE before looking for your magic supplement. Get back in shape by doing cardio, eating right, and working out. Also, you can use the Search box on this Bulletin Board to find out which drugs will do what you need, but don't worry about that until you are into your workout program for some time and you are positive that you are dedicated.

Other than that.......RUN FAT BASTARD, RUN!!!!! :D
 
There is no anabolic steroid that burns fat. Fat is burned by energy consumption totals and energy expenditure totals. Use more energy than you consume and you will loose fat. Diet and exercise are what create the effect of fat loss. You are forcing your body to tap into stored energy reserves. The definition of anabolic is the metabolism of simple substances into complex substances. Nowhere in there is the breakdown of adipose tissue involved. AS help to preserve muscle mass while in a caloricly restricted state, but only proper diet and exercise will utilize body fat for energy.
 
Hey, Fat Boy: If you use a low dose of a steroid, lets say Sustanon at 250 mg per week for 8 weeks, you would increase you lean body mass, and thus get lower body fat %, even though the amount of fat in lbs probably would be the same as before you started the cycle.

After the cycle, with your added lean body mass, you could go use 50 mg effedrine and 200 mg caffeine before your workout, for 8 weeks.

This way you would end up lean and a bit more muscular. That is if you plan the diet and workouts, and stick to that plan.

In the first 8 weeks, you should eat well and work out with weights, in the second 8 weeks you should diet down, and do cardio. OK?
 
If you have only started working out in the last couple of weeks then I would wait a while on gear and train naturally. If you have a solid diet of low carbs, low-mod fat and high protein combined with cardio then the fat will MELT away. You could also try an E/C/A stack to help with the fat burning prosses, there are many good E/C/A's out there Hydroxycut, MD6, Dymetadrine Xtreme, Adipokinetix just to name a few. You could also make your own, it works just as good and it is cheap, take
25mg/Ephedrine
200mg/Caffine
125-325mg/Asprine
Take that 1-3 times day. Hit the cardio 4-5 times a week for 30-50min/day. Hope this helps, you can e-mail me anytime if you have any questions, I went through the same thing in my early teens. Good Luck!
