I don't understand whats going on.
I have been on this high fast food diet and Im still gaining weight.
my meals are as follows;

morning
2 cups of animal fat on two slices of buttermilk bread.
1 Large Dr. Pepper
1 Hot mamma.

Afternoon.
2 BigMacs
20 peice chicken mcnuggets.
2 LARge Fries.
1 Large Coke.

Afternoon Snack
Large Root Beer Float
2 tablesoons of Crisco mixed with peanut butter.

Dinner.
Fired chicken from albertsons approx 1lb
Fried potatoes.
1 xlarge Diet Coke.


Someone please help me with this phenomenon. I should be losing weight due to the increase of my motabolism.
 
that is a good and wise diet

Just add some pizzas and ice cream and you will certainly lose 10 pounds in a week :D :D
 
Some deep-fried Mars Bars could make a difference!

Also, you're only eating 4 meals a day - you need at least SIX to keep your metabolism up - add in some shakes mid-morning and late evening.
 
You guys got it all wrong!!! You need to forget the shakes and extra diet coke. The key to weight loss is a Big New Yorker from Pizza hut. Make sure to ask for double pepperoni and sausage. And if you want, stop by Long John Silvers for a late night snack and get 3 fish, hushpuppies, and add some mozzerella sticks. I cant see why you are not loosing weight with this strict diet. Tell me, what is your cheat day like???
