I read somewhere that 1-ad shortens recovery.
Does this mean that I can shorten my workout routine cycle as well?
For example, I used do chest on every Monday. If I am taking 1-ad, maybe I can do chest on Monday and another one on Friday?
Doing this would get me bigger faster (not to mention saving bucks on 1-ad)!
