faster recovery with 1-ad?

I read somewhere that 1-ad shortens recovery.

Does this mean that I can shorten my workout routine cycle as well?

For example, I used do chest on every Monday. If I am taking 1-ad, maybe I can do chest on Monday and another one on Friday?

Doing this would get me bigger faster (not to mention saving bucks on 1-ad)!
 
Yes I think this would worlk fine, but you may want to go heavy- light, or just alter the exercises, something like that. When I did my cycle of 1AD i trained using a HIT program M-W-F. Trained the whole body each workout in 1 hour. Gained 10-12 pounds solid muscle and lots of strength. This type of training regimen is more than I can handle naturally (I don't have enough oomph to get through the whole body routine that quickly and three times a week).
 
(1) You hit the same muscles 3 times a week? I am suprised that muscles can recover that quickly.

(2) You said you trained the whole body in 1-hr -- that means you had to be _really_ hauling ass. I'd bet that was fun :)
