Fast healing muscles

SoreArms

New member
what muscles/muscle groups are fast healing that can be worked EOD?

I know:
ABS (does this include obliques?)
Calfs
Forearms

what else?

My triceps seem to be back to normal in about 2 days of rest. They get worked a whole lot with chest, shoulder and arm exercises.

so I've learned that although forearms are fast healing, you shouldn't work them directly too often, they get worked plenty through out the week while doing other lifts. Doing them EOD can lead to issues like tendonitis. Funny becasue I had been having a "funny" sensation on my right arm (I had a partial tendon tear o nthe same arm before, and this "funny" feeling was starting to scare me)and hadn't attributed it to that. I'm only going to work them directly once per week now.
