How old are you? How long have you been training? What is your diet like? What are your stats? Do you know what PCT is?

That all depends on your genetics, your diet, your workout your rest, its all about you! juice just helps it happen a little faster but if you do not know anything about the game you will probably just get fat! Sorry dont get offended, you just did not give that much information to go by!
