I am going to start a 10 week cycle of test and trying to get a good diet togather.I work construction 8-10 hrs a day and eating alot is hard also I hate to cook when i get home.My question is how bad is fast food on a bulking cycle cause i know you need alot of calories but i also know fast food sucks for you.Does anyone have any ways of eating right on a cycle when you don't have alot of time to cook?
