Here is one of my favorites!! I buy 2 lbs of fat-free Ground Turkey and 2lbs of super lean ground beef. I also pick up a box of Sucess 10 Minute brown rice and a jar of your favorite low-sugar spagetthi sauce(Emeril-Roasted Garlic is my Fav.)
Add all Meat to skillet and brown
Cook several packages of the rice.
I put these in separte tupperware bowls in the fridge. When mealtime comes around I get a paper plate, add a cup of rice, and cover the rice with 8-12oz ofTurkey/Beef mixture. Top it with a 1/4cup of tomato/spagetthi ssuce and throw it in the microwave. It is the shit!!
