Does anyone have a chart for the time it takes to digest proteins according to bodytypes ?
Id like to know of the amount it takes to digest various types of proteins, such as meat, chicken, eggwhites, whey, casein etc. Of course, it is all dependant on your bodytype and genetics, but at least id like a chart as to which ones are the fastest acting, when taken by themselves or with a high GI carb - regardless of bodytypes. And of course, it all depends on what is taken with it. High GI carbs will spike insulin and speed recovery to muscles when they need it most, and fat will slow digestion. If you don't know of such a chart, if you have some info youd like to feed me id appreciate that as well.
This would help me when whey nor eggwhites are available for post workout.
If you have such info, hit me back.
