maybe more a comman sense thing actually.

Black cashmere sweater and down filled jackets don't go well together. :redhot:

down = feathers, usually light-coloured, used in pillows, comforters, lining in coats, etc...

they always seem to find a way out of their enclosures, because they are so fine (much like myself). you wouldn't want them sticking to your clothes, especially not if your'e wearing black...you might look like a douche with all those feathers all over your black sweater.

so can you wear white shoes after Labor Day or not?

I don't worry too much about style out here. A flannel hoodie, jeans, hard hat and steel toed boots is all the rage. With a dash of mud and a little grease. Not to be left out is the dirty fingernails.
Lets see Calvin Klein beat that!

Jackets?
I only have one and use it only a couple of times when a cold front comes down to FL. Yee-haw!

if it's cold enough to wear down... then why u wearin cashmere?

superqt....don't you have one of those sticky roller lint-remover thingies in your desk at work? If you don't, then get one ASAP. A quick trip to the ladies room to remove the sweater and a quick go-over with the sticky roller, and the down would have been gone.

I don't have on in my desk but I am going to have to get one since my favorite winter coat is down filled.
