my foreman just told me this story so i gotta tell it. he used to lift weights and i was talking about protein the other day and he said he had a protien story.
he said he did a shake one morning when he decided to start trying the protien. he got to work and his gf's house was very close and her parents owned the company and he lived there at the time. he said he started having major cramps so he runs to the truck pulls into the driveway and got stuck in the truck. neighbors and kids were outside everywhere waving and looking at him awkward as to why he's sitting in the truck. he said he sat there for 10 minutes until it seemed like it passed and he could move without shitting on himself. he said he had boxer shorts on that were tight on his quads. he said he got out and got one step and EXPLODED in his pants. he said the shit was overflowing outta the top of his pants cause the boxers were tight and running down the outside of his pants, all the neighbors seen and as he's running into the garage he runs head first into a bicycle seat haning from the cieling and almost knocked himself out but did fall backwards and he said his woman cameinto the garage and the dog ran out there and there was little diarheea terds all over his chest and the dogs licking them off and he's hitting the dog and the neighbors are crowding into the garage and his womans yelling at him "don't hit the dog, don't hit the dog"
