Hey everyone. As one of the newest newbies on the board I feel that I should go ahead and post my “I don’t know what the hell I’m doing so can you guys just plan my first cycle for me” post. Seriously though, safe, effective, and efficient AS usage, being a tremendously dynamic field of study, is not made any easier when attempting to analyze inconsistent data. (Trust me, I am a very analytical person.) I’ve run into plenty of truly conflicting info on different drugs, stacks, and recovery elements of various cycles and I could use a lot of help from the practiced and proficient among you. frame/base. (BTW what are some of the books that you guys trust most?)
I am 23, 6'2", 199-202 lbs. I have a decent, muscular I'm looking to gain 10-25 pounds of muscle over time.... looking to safely gain 5-10 pound quickly and efficiently on my first cycle.
My cycle goals are as follows:
#1 Low risk – No, I’m not asking for NO risk. However, I’d like to keep the possibility of gyno to a minimum, I’d like to know where my balls are at all times, and when I’m see a group of hot young women bouncing around showing off their tight young bodies in such a way that I want to cry, I want to be able to muster up the little soldier so that I can take it out on my girlfriend.
#2 Permanent, respectable gains – For my first cycle, I’d like to gain 5-10 pounds of hard muscle. (I really don’t want to go much beyond this in my cycle. 10 pounds is a lot of meat and I’d rather not spark off the ‘ol gossip circle to bad by going much higher than this at once.) Oh, and can I burn a little fat while I’m at it as well?
#4 Quick cycle – In my mind, an ideal cycle would last about 5-6 weeks until I hit the recovery phase. I realize that this may be wishful thinking. Would/could a short cycle such as this give me the kind of permanent, respectable, and quality gains that I’m looking for? I’d be willing to stretch it out longer that that but prefer to keep it as short as possible.
#5 Optimum recovery – This goes without saying but I’d like to assure the quickest and most efficient recovery of my natural hormonal homeostasis possible.
