Fantasy (first) cycle...help

Hey everyone. As one of the newest newbies on the board I feel that I should go ahead and post my “I don’t know what the hell I’m doing so can you guys just plan my first cycle for me” post. Seriously though, safe, effective, and efficient AS usage, being a tremendously dynamic field of study, is not made any easier when attempting to analyze inconsistent data. (Trust me, I am a very analytical person.) I’ve run into plenty of truly conflicting info on different drugs, stacks, and recovery elements of various cycles and I could use a lot of help from the practiced and proficient among you. frame/base. (BTW what are some of the books that you guys trust most?)

I am 23, 6'2", 199-202 lbs. I have a decent, muscular I'm looking to gain 10-25 pounds of muscle over time.... looking to safely gain 5-10 pound quickly and efficiently on my first cycle.

My cycle goals are as follows:

#1 Low risk – No, I’m not asking for NO risk. However, I’d like to keep the possibility of gyno to a minimum, I’d like to know where my balls are at all times, and when I’m see a group of hot young women bouncing around showing off their tight young bodies in such a way that I want to cry, I want to be able to muster up the little soldier so that I can take it out on my girlfriend.

#2 Permanent, respectable gains – For my first cycle, I’d like to gain 5-10 pounds of hard muscle. (I really don’t want to go much beyond this in my cycle. 10 pounds is a lot of meat and I’d rather not spark off the ‘ol gossip circle to bad by going much higher than this at once.) Oh, and can I burn a little fat while I’m at it as well?

#4 Quick cycle – In my mind, an ideal cycle would last about 5-6 weeks until I hit the recovery phase. I realize that this may be wishful thinking. Would/could a short cycle such as this give me the kind of permanent, respectable, and quality gains that I’m looking for? I’d be willing to stretch it out longer that that but prefer to keep it as short as possible.

#5 Optimum recovery – This goes without saying but I’d like to assure the quickest and most efficient recovery of my natural hormonal homeostasis possible.

Well Im by far a pro but I have a suggestion. I will probably get flamed because most people on here like test best(which I agree but thats beside the point) A cycle that would give you low side effects, more permanent gains, allow for muscle building and a little fat loss, and slower muscle building versus the quick size would be like this for me:
Primobolan Depot-300-400mgs/week for 10 weeks
Anavar-30-40mgs/week for weeks 1-6 or 1-8
THats just my opinion

Don't forget our good friend clomid at the end of the cycle.


As for something you could try, you might even consider low dose DBol. say 10-15 mgs a day. At those doses you won't get huge, but you might just get what you are looking for at a lower price. May not be the answer, but it is something to consider.

Or even tren. Stuff is good.
 
some trenbolone, 75mg/eod. will have no water retension, it will however begin to shut you down farely quickly, but as you only want to do 5-6week cycle this drug will be ideal. have clomids for post cycle recovery

wk1-6 75mg/ed 50mg/ed

see what ya can do there,i would persoanally run it for 8 weeks but thata a idea about a 6 weeker
then run clomid 300mg for the first day off then the next 6 days of that week run 100mg ed,then the next week 50mg/ed,week after 50mg eod

enjoy and research some more because you want evrything perfect,another thing no amount of juice will replace a improper diet
 
Ok, I like the idea of anavar and primo for my first cycle but I'm a little worried about obtaining the primo. How well does anavar stack with winny?

I really like The Canadian Oak's suggestion, fina/winny
wk1-6 75mg/ed 50mg/ed, with clomid for recovery.

One of my thoughts for my first cycle is identical to badazzwhitedude's in another post...

Here again I thought that obtaining primo may be a problem. I also like the idea of sust with deca. Still, looking at my goal, anyone have any more suggestions?

Clomids with Anavar ? lol


Why dont you just do sustanon 500 mg week 1-8
Anavar week 5-8 then some super clen/ECA ...... just my .02...
 
this worked for me:

250 mg aratest, 200 mg EQ, every five days for six weeks, then 200 mg EQ for 2 weeks

followed with clomid therapy, nolva on hand

take your creatine, multi-v's, etc.

I ate three squares per day, with 2-3 protein shakes per day...put on about 1-2% bf in addition to muscle

overall, I got 15 lbs., no sides, kept it all so far...am trying to slowly get bf down without losing muscle gains

cheap and effective
 
IMO, if you want a great cycle, its not the steroids you have to worry about- its what you use to combat side-effects that matters. Clomid is a must, nolvadex is good, proviron works, and arimidex is well-known to do its job (even though its expensive). Then, there are also things like clenbuterol and t3 that are good for burning fat and fighting catabolism. Oh, I also forgot HCG. I've never used it, but from what I hear its great for jump starting your natural test production. I think that these are the things you should look into, and when combined with a good cycle, will give you good (good being permanent) gains.
