my dad and his girlfriend came up to visit yesterday, which was nice. today we're going over to my girlfriend's mother's......
we were supposed to have easter dinner over there. her daughter is with her other grandparents until 4 today, so we won't be over until 5. instead of pushing dinner back until about 5 (it IS dinner, right?!) they give us the big fuck you about the whole thing and say "well, just come over when you pick up sabrina so you can get the kid's easter baskets and they can hunt eggs....we're going out to eat, you guys can fend for yourselves."
if we didn't have the kids, i'd tell them to go fuck themselves and wouldn't go over there. they've done nothing but piss us off lately. they act like they don't want us around. that's ok though, little do they know I only tolerate them because they buy all our kids clothes and shoes for us. if it wasn't for that detail, i wouldn't ever go over there with how they act towards us.
oh, and i don't have to go anywhere if i don't want to....it's my girlfriend that's fucked into having to go. i could easily claim i'm going elsewhere and just sit at home. i only go for moral support for her as she deals with her money hungry mother who only married that retarded jackass with no social skills because he makes good money and her skank sister with a $100K bachlors in SPANISH and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education that turned down a substitute teaching position so she could work as a part time bank teller.....only person in that family that has their head screwed on straight is her 84 year old grandmother. at least she's good to us, even though she's pissed me off so bad that i stopped talking to her for 6 months at one point.
if they were my family, nothing would stop me from slitting my wrists.
