Falx and rice questions...

Anyone ever tried cooking with flax? Does it break down or is it ok? Also I eat brown rice but it gets so boring. Does anyone have any ideas what to put on it? I'm looking to avoid sodium and fat. I'm trying to find a recipe for a sauce that would be good on it...
 
why are you trying to avoid fat? a normal cutting diet will include 20-30% calories coming from fat... Granted, we are talking about EFAs and not saturated fats.

Don't cook with Flax.

If you want to cook, use either canola spray (PAM) or olive oil... its not like you are frying anything, right? its just to avoid things to stick and burn
