Falling apart!!!

I am fucking falling apart. I fucked up my shoulder 3 weeks ago doing Decline. I decided to just keep working out, because I have put far to much work in getting bigger to stop. Friday we had this big snowstorm. I slipped on the ice and fell down a flight of stairs now my back is fucked up. Between the chiropractor and massages, I am stumbling through some suck ass workouts. My doctor gave me a cortisone shot in my shoulder so it feels somewhat better, but I will not be doing legs anytime soon. It is amazing 3weeks ago I felt like a fucking god. My weight was up 30lbs and bodyfat down 2%. Now, I wake up and feel like a fucking old man.

Sorry for the rant, just needed to vent!
 
i lift through pain every workout, shoulder is so bad now its tuff to sleep.
 
I hear you man- my right shoulder is fucking with me to the point that I've just decided to cut out all forms of flat bench. I tweaked an old tricep injury two weeks ago. I'm having to avoid heavy squat and deadlift because of worsening tenderness in my lower abdominal area. And I'm on my first cycle right now. I've still made good gains, but it sucks having to work around nagging injuries.

Suck my nipples! :P How hard can it be to maintain campus model weight? For real HI if your shoulder is shredding you need to take some time away from the rotar motions and heavy compressions. Cut down the volume and weight at least.

That's good advice that I would definitely take if I weren't on right now. Sometimes a little rest and relaxation can do wonders.
