Hey guys i just got an email about Mark Tremblay, for those of you that aren't familiar with him he ran a site called ask4mass.com
i did'nt know him personelly but talked to him on the phone several times very helpful with cycles and training.not sure how ho died but i guess it was quick,my thoughts and prayers to his family. Peace,love,out

I can't believe that dude. I used to take his andro stuff a few years ago (before I knew any better) and I talked with him on the phone several times myself. He seemed to be a nice guy. What a shame. This is a real shocker for me.

Oh my God. Man. I can't believe it. I used to get his newsletters everymonth.... man... i remember being soooo freakin excited when i would get his newsletter in my email. It helped me a lot when i first started working out. I even told a lot of people about his website, and tried to get him some business when he was just starting out.

This sucks. He was such a good guy. A solid, good bro, ready to help anyone out. HE would answer ALL tha phone calls HIMSELF, ,and would take tha time to put u on a program, even if you didn't buy anything.

Damn, i still can't believe it.

Mark has moved on to a better place. Another graduation.
