Opening day was Saturday, didnt see shit in the morning but took home a nice 130lb 6 pointer in the evening. Not bad for opening day.

Ranger, your are absolutely right, it does take the pressure off, I can hunt now and relax and enjoy the hunt. I scheduled 1/2 days all this week and next week.

GOOOOOOD MAN!

Hubby found that the deer meat tasted soooo much better when he did his own processing ! There REALLY is a proper way to do it and most places are soooo busy during the season they do not take the proper amount of time to do it right..IMO!

I about passed out when I came home to find his deer hanging in the garage the first time. I almost could not bring myself to eat that season's deer! YUCK!
