"Fake Snakes" on Sale in Thailand.

Just met with a rep from BDLP during a visit to my favourite local pharmacy. He was kind enough to give me a tub of both FAKE Androlic and Anabol that they found on sale in Bangkok and asked me to spread the word on the internet. I'll be posting pictures in the next couple of days. BDLP rep claimed the Anabol copy contains a mere 1mg of active ingredient ( but he could well be biased ). I'll be sending samples for testing aswell.


( for the record the 'rep' spoke no English so all translation was done by the owner of the pharmacy who was also present. )

Are you talking about the anabols Thais with the snake engraved on one side?
Why would someone go thru all the trouble to fake those? They are so inexpensive.:confused:

Not to mention, the snake design is brand new...I can't see them having enough time to fake them yet...

Thats what I was thinking too. It would be such a pain in the ass to fake the engraved snake also.

The 'copy' Anabols have the snake and actually look better made than the originals. The shade of pink they have used is far darker than the original snake versions.

The original hologramed snakes have been out for months. It takes only days to get a tablet die made from an original tab and costs only a few hundred $'s.

The most obvious mistake on the tub is the print used for the batch numbers.

The pharmacies are paying about $30 wholesale, they can buy the fake version for half that and still charge full retail for it.

You read it here first I can't believe anyone would think I'd post this kind of info if I wasn't 100% sure about it.

I wonder why they put any active ingredient at all in them?

Some active ingredient would be needed to make sure they tasted 'real'. It's quite possible the copies are fully dosed the 1mg claim was made by the 'rep' who obviously wouldn't admit to the copy being fully dosed. Hence the need for a lab test.


I'll run a crush test and taste test on them the day I take the pics.

Pics to be taken on a Sony DV camcorder so they won't be very high resolution.

Comments on pics.

First and second pictures shows 3 fake tabs sitting on the top of a sealed fake tub.

Although they are very dark pictures you should still be able to make out the multiple coloured grains ( white, dark pink, and even one or two black )

The seam on the shrink wrap is also very messy.

Picture three shows the batch number of fake Anabol tub.

Picture four shows fake and real Androlic. Top two tabs are the fakes bottom two the old real ones. Notice the edge is much harder and is flat at certain points when it should be a slope. Colours are very similar.

Picture five shows batch number of fake Androlic tub and yes it does have hologram.

My apologies for poor pic quality I have neither a scanner or proper camera. It's not safe in Thailand to walk into a net cafe and start scanning tablets :-)

does fake ANABOL has round sticker which has snake on it, BRITISH DISPENSARY written in back ground and changes colors(hologram)? as i have a sealed bottle of it with me and not sure about it, if i open it i wont be returnable.

Are the pis of the fakes taken with the same cam? If so, those things look like the texture & coloring of flinstone vitamins. I'm kinda getting worried about my pinks now. Although, mine look like the real ones & they come from a very reliable source that I've been using for a few years. I've been growing so unless I've got some serious placebo affects going on I'm pretty certain mine are legit. I fucking hate scammers! Anything for them to make an extra $! :mad:

The fakes do have a hologram but it's slightly different from the real one, can't really explain or photograph the difference easily.

You'd only spot it with a side by side comparison.

It's possible respectable sources having been buying these by mistake, the only reason I found out about them was by bumping into the BDLP sales guy at my local pharmacy.

There's no proof the fakes are underdosed at this time.

Texture of fakes is very grainy ( grains are multi-coloured ) I've never seen Flinstone vitamins so can't compare :-)

SBC, since the pics are somewhat hard to see what I'd suggest you do is take a pic of the fake dbol side by side to some of the real dbol. That way we can clearly distinguish the difference.

Of course if you don't have any real BD dbol then you wouldn't be able to do that. ;)

i agree, it would be a little easier to distinguish the difference from the real and the fake one.

If the picture was clear you'd see the colour difference is very obvious, i'll get a couple of real ones from the pharmacy tommorow and shoot in sunlight for a better pic.

Bottomline is fakes are darker overall and have white and dark pink spots, the real ones are light pink solid colour.

Anyway does everyone agree there is something wrong with the upper pair of Androlic tabs ?

There could be something wrong with the androlics...I got a few last summer and about half the bottles were fakes, i don't rememeber the lot #'s though...there may have even been real tabs in the same tubs as the fakes...All i know is that the fakes were very very easy to break in half as opposed to the legit one's. I went through all of mine and which ever one's broke easily were tossed out...
 
I also got ahold of those fake androlics. Packaging was very legit, color, size, ect. I had a few old ones still in the original pack and everything matched up except results.

The fake anadrolics everyones used, did they look like the pair of tabs in the pic I posted with the flat edges ?

The decent comparison shots of Anabol will be taken tommorow my friend forgot to return my skid lid so I couldn't visit pharmacy to get more samples.

I Love ANADROLIC

I blow up in 3 weeks everytime I have used BP Anadrolic and I only use 1 a day.I just got 100 of the new ones yesterday.The new ones now have the snake and arrow just like the Anabol.They dont have the "50" on them anymore.
 
All the talk about tabs size, color tast ect is not needed in my opinon. WHY? Because the fakes do not have a legit hologram BD sticker affixed to their containers.....at least the ones that i saw. This applies to both the anabol and anadrolics.....not hologram sticker its fake no doubt about it....

Not everyone receives them in tubs. I do not & I know mine are legit. Depends on shipping methods & having a source you can trust.

Most of the US users have never seen a bottle of Anabol, they don`t even know the difference between British Dragon and British Dispensary.
Some of the sources are sending rebottled oils into USA and I seriously doubt that manf. date and exp. date are printed on those bottles.

Yep, I never get the tubs when I order Thai dbol or stanabols.
Just the bag. Like Ret said I only seen pics of the bottles online.
 
Agreed.

Few if anybody will receive the tub becasue of the shipping difficulties....so its then on to the source to ensure that he is buying quality/legit gear from BD when it comes to a50's and anabol.....he will do this by ensuring that there is a hologram on the container.....as a customer i guess you will be forced to trust the word of your source that the product has the authentic hologram at the time the bag was removed from the container.

Can you post a clearer pic of the androlics . Fake and real. I have some and they look like the real ones you posted . I'm going to start taken them by themself to see what happends. I know axactly what anadrol feels like I took alot of them back in the day. Now its been 4yrs since I juiced so I'm clean of everything. Will keep update.
 
That's it for the pics.

No more driving around with dodgy looking tabs in plastic baggies.

The earlier androlic pic is good enough to see the errors on the edge of the tab where the sloped sides have been pressed flat by mistake.

I'll leave further pics to the Thai based AS sources who know more about the subject than me.

Ok the one's I have are real. It only takes me a few days to start to feel the affects of drol . They look identical of the real ones on this thread.
 
Made the trip over to British Dispensary today to clear up this buinsness of fakes........

The fact of the matter is that there are fake anbol tabs and while the fake tubs have a hologram "VERY SIMILAR" to the orginal they are NOT the same.

Looking at the hologram the tail of the arrow going thru the snake head is different. Of course the texture and color of the fake tabs themselves are also off slightly when compared against the real ones.


Myself buying from the maker eliminates any problems associated with fakes.

I can post a picture of thai anabol made in India, it has a snake on it. You won`t find any difference at all and it contains 5mg of dbol, so no one will ever complain. It looks much better than this shit on the picture. Actually I see no difference between legit and fake tabs but I know they were made in India.
Its the most stupid post for the past few months. FAKE SNAKES!!! So what?! There are lots of fake stuff on the market and everything including holograms could be counterfeited.
Someone is trying to attract some extra attention to the subject of this thread. Most of the US users never seen original bottles. I`m not talking about holograms.

I started the thread not Mr Sombat

I suggest you post as many pictures of new fakes as possible.

One of the goals of discussion boards like this one is to educate users to the existance of new fakes and the quicker that's done the better.

Personally I don't like the idea of buying a fake regardless of whether it's fully dosed or not.
