Fake Clen????

I got some clen from a source and I think it might be fake but I am not sure. They are very tiny white pills. Supposedly .02mcg. They taste very much like suger or sweet-n-low. The clen I took before gave me a headache these do don't. If you canhelp let me know. Thanks
