Fake Ara-test?

Just got a bottle of Ara-Test 2500. There's a couple of things that made me suspicious. First the writings on the box and the bottle are all in Spanish but on the plastic part of the cap it says "FLIP OFF". Second when I tried to take off the plastic cap to get to the rubber the whole cap came off (including the metal part) totally exposing the bottle! I never heard of any known fakes of this particular product but I'm wondering about this one. What do you guys think?

Someone posted about the exact same thing a month or two ago. (about the metal and rubber stopper and all comming off)

all of them say flip off....aranda, brovel, tornel...
I have never heard of the metal coming off.

Just checked mine (aranda aratest), and the lid says flip off.
